Since its establishment in 2002, our company has grown so much to provide the best Industrial Machinery from Air Compressor, Air Dryer, Water Chiller & Dehumidifier, Nitrogen/Oxygen Generator, Air Audit Products, Crane, Hoist, Winch and Crane Accessories.

We distribute Hitachi, Mark, Orion, Nano, Inmatec, Suto and THAC; well known brands in their industries. We will be your trusted partner for industrial solution requirements.

We have installed these industrial products to more than 500 companies in a wide range of industries including electronics, automotive, petrochemical, textile, food and beverage and others.

We also provide supporting services such as Maintenance Contract, Consultation, Design & Fabrication, Training Center and Air Audit Service. With sufficient unit and part stocks, a well-trained and dedicated service support team, we are able to provide full support through maintenance contracts or flexible on-demand services.

Our History

2002

PT Citra Sarana Media, established in 2002, is a leading company specialized in Clean Air System Solution; Air Audit.

2006

PT Citra Airindo Abadi was established in Jakarta. With a small team of 12 people, the company started as an authorized Master Dealer for Hitachi Air Compressor and Electric Hoist that provide customers with sales and after sales services in Indonesia.

2007

To maintain and improve our service, from 2007, we regularly send our technicians for training to Hitachi facilities in Malaysia and Japan to keep up with the latest technology and services. We started to offer 24/7 responses for total maintenance contract services. In the same year, we expanded sales in the retail and dealer market from our outlet in Lindeteves Trade Center – Glodok, Jakarta's most prominent industrial commercial area.

2008

In January, we opened a branch office in Rungkut Industry (old office), Surabaya with only 4 people. Our service covered sales and services for our customers in Surabaya, East Java and Eastern Indonesia.

2010

We bought a 500m² land in Kemanggisan, Slipi, Jakarta. Later on the 4-story building construction was started in March 2013 and completed in mid 2014.

2011

Our company bought 1,000m² land in Jurumudi area. It is located about 15 minutes away from Jakarta Soekarno Hatta International Airport. This warehouse improved our storage and logistic capabilities tremendously.

2012

The management decided to spin hoist and crane business unit off, by establishing a new company entity under PT. Citra Cranindo Abadi. We also closed the biggest Asia sales ever with 24 units of 145kw oil-free screw compressor.

2013

Our company bought a new 3-story office in a prestigious area on Jl. Panglima Sudirman, Surabaya and moved in by January 2014.

2015

We opened a new branch office and warehouse in Semarang to cater sales and services for our customers in Central Java.

2018

We opened our Service Station in JABABEKA area.

2019

We hit our first 10 million USD revenue in total.

2020

Our company bought a new warehouse & workshop in Jurumudi area.

2020

We are planning to open a new warehouse in Sidoarjo- Surabaya and we will open the new Solo branch office in 2021.
