Since our establishment in 2002, our company has grown to provide only the best industrial machinery, from Air Compressors, Air Dryers, Water Chillers & Dehumidifiers, Nitrogen/Oxygen Generators, Air Audit Products, Cranes, Hoists, Winches, and Crane Accessories from a number of globally renowned brand partners.

As your trusted partner for industrial solutions, we distribute leading brands in industrial equipment including Hitachi, Mark, Orion, Nano, Inmatec, Suto and THAC.

Our quality products and high level of service is trusted by more than 1,000 companies in a wide range of industries including electronics, automotive, petrochemical, textile, food and beverage and others.

We also pride ourselves in providing responsive & reliable supporting services such as Maintenance Contract, Consultation, Design & Fabrication, Training Center and Air Audit Service. With our comprehensive assortment of units & parts and a well-trained and dedicated service support team, we can provide full support through maintenance contracts or flexible on-demand services.

2002

PT Citra Sarana Media was established in Jakarta, in 2002. We started by specializing in Clean Air System Solutions and Air Audits.

2006

PT Citra Airindo Abadi was established in Jakarta, in 2006. We started partnering with Hitachi to provide clients with all-in service for Air Compressors and Electric Hoists.

2007

In the spirit of constant improvement to better serve our clients, we started an international training program for our staff in partnership with Hitachi Malaysia and Japan. We also started offering 24/7 service for total maintenance contract clients. We also expanded to the retail and dealer market from our outlet in Lindeteves Trade Center, Glodok - Jakarta’s most prominent industrial commercial area.

2008

We opened a branch office in Rungkut Industrial area, Surabaya, covering sales and service for our Surabaya, East Java, and Eastern Indonesia based clients.

2010

We bought a 500m2 land in Kemanggisan, Slipi, Jakarta. Construction of our new office building started in March 2013 and completed in 2014.

2011

We acquired a new 1000m2 warehouse in Jurumudi, 15 minutes away from the Soekarno Hatta Airport, tremendously improving our storage and logistics capabilities.

2012

We spun off our hoist and crane businesses into a new entity, PT. Citra Cranindo Abadi.

2013

We expanded into a new office on Jl. Panglima Sudirman, Surabaya, and moved in on January 2014.

2015

We opened a new branch office and warehouse in Semarang to cater sales and services for our customers in Central Java.

2018

We opened a new Service Station in the JABABEKA industrial area.

2020

We expanded our Jakarta warehouse by buying a 600m2 new warehouse and workshop next to our existing warehouse in the Jurumudi area which expands our warehouse capacity tremendously. In this year we also bought a new warehouse and crane fabrication workshop in Sidoarjo-Surabaya which will be in operation by January 2021. Also we started our new Solo branch office in October 2020.

At present

Now with over 120 employees, we are constantly on the lookout to improving our commitment and quality of service to our clients.
